Practical Event Safety
Health and safety isn’t a box-ticking exercise — it’s built into every stage of how we plan, deliver and manage events. Whether we’re working from our warehouse, setting up on a live site, or managing external contractors, we take our responsibility seriously — keeping our teams, suppliers, freelancers, crew and the public safe at all times.
We take a proactive, preventative approach to event health and safety. That means carrying out proper risk assessments, providing clear briefings, offering regular training, and working only with people who meet our standards. If something isn’t right, we act fast to address it.
Creating a safe working environment is a shared responsibility. We make expectations clear from the start — across full-time staff, freelancers and on-site teams — and make sure everyone has the tools, training and support to do their job safely.
