The Opportunity
Massive partnered with Ultimate Tennis Showdown (UTS) to deliver the UTS Grand Final in London — a high-profile international tennis event attracting world-class players and a global audience. Initially held at ExCeL London in 2022, the event moved to the Copper Box Arena in 2024. We’ve now delivered the Grand Final for three consecutive years.
With the UTS team based in France, we acted as their UK delivery partner — providing full event project management, supplier coordination, branding and temporary staffing. The first edition was delivered with just seven weeks’ notice, working across venue planning, ticketing, broadcast, media and operational logistics.
The Work
We led planning and on-site delivery across all phases — from supplier onboarding and production schedules to live day troubleshooting and guest experience. Our roles have included:

Our team has adapted year-on-year as the event evolved — supporting a move to a new venue, scaling up branding, and helping to grow the audience and press presence.
