The administrator of the survey is Massive, company no. 8714430, Registered address Leigh House, 28-32 St. Pauls Street, Leeds, England, LS1 2JT. Massive are administering the survey and the free prize draw and will contact the winner. Massive will pay the £100 cash prize.
No purchase necessary. Entry limit: one entry per person.
The £100 cash prize will be offered to one person chosen at random on completion of the survey in full.
By completing the survey, you hereby confirm that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete.
Any personal data relating to participants will be processed by the Promoter and its appointed administrator in accordance with the UK GDPR and their respective privacy policies.
By completing the survey, you are deemed to accept these terms and conditions. Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion only where unavoidable circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary, and where no participant will be unfairly disadvantaged.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed and performed in accordance with laws of England & Wales whose courts shall be the courts of exclusive jurisdiction.
This free prize draw is open to all UK residents, 18 years or over
The free prize draw is not open to any employees of Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity or Massive.
The free Prize Draw winners will be picked at random on 25 March 2026 at Midday and will be contacted by Massive by email or phone shortly after the closing date. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
