The Opportunity
For almost a decade, we’ve worked with the London Marathon Events team to deliver the start zones of this world-famous marathon at Blackheath Park. Our focus has been on ensuring a smooth, safe and energising experience for participants — helping set the tone for one of the UK’s most iconic mass participation events.
The Work
Our event production team manages the full operation across the start zones — including build, live event delivery and de-rig. We work closely with the London Marathon team and the BBC to direct live broadcast content from the main start line, while also coordinating suppliers, staff and contractors on the ground.
We help evolve and optimise the start experience year-on-year, ensuring the model remains resilient, welcoming and operationally sound — even under intense media and public scrutiny.
