Run for Nature

We’ve partnered with Chester Zoo’s fundraising team to deliver the Run for Nature — a high-quality, family-friendly charity running event that raises funds for species conservation and the protection of the natural world.

Our role is to ensure the event is smooth, safe, inclusive and memorable — with routes that give participants the unique opportunity to run through and around zoo habitats. For 2025, we’ve worked with the team to introduce an additional 1-mile family route, giving more people the chance to take part and encounter animals along the way.

Run for Nature is a collaborative effort between our full event delivery team:

• Production team: site planning, supplier sourcing, infrastructure and creative

• Operations team: route design, logistics and on-the-ground coordination

• Project management: client liaison, timeline management and stakeholder support

We work closely with Chester Zoo throughout the planning and delivery phases to ensure the event reflects their conservation mission, supports fundraising targets and offers a first-class participant experience for all ages and fitness levels.

• Delivered an annual, growing charity running event in support of wildlife conservation

• Developed a new 1-mile inclusive route for families and younger participants in 2025

• Supported both recreational runners and competitive 10k participants

• Delivered a safe, smooth and high-quality experience in a complex live environment

• Created an event that’s educational, impactful and fun — reinforcing the Zoo’s wider mission
