The Opportunity
Vertical Rush is Shelter’s flagship charity tower run, raising vital funds to support the fight against homelessness. Participants take on the challenge of running up 42 floors of a central London skyscraper — individually or as teams — to raise money for the right to a safe and secure home for everyone.
Shelter asked us to support operational delivery of this iconic event, helping to manage the fast-paced logistics of a high-profile indoor challenge while maintaining a powerful charity message throughout.
The Work
We worked closely with Shelter’s internal events team to deliver a smooth and well-branded live experience. Our involvement included venue management, site infrastructure, signage, branding, production, and event day staffing.
We created a safe, energised and engaging atmosphere from start to finish, ensuring participants felt supported and motivated — and the fundraising impact was maximised.
